Jennifer SandovalFitness BioJennifer has been in the fitness industry since 1989 as a trainer, group fitness instructor and fitness coordinator. She has worked all over, from North Dakota, Minnesota, Arizona, Texas and California. Jennifer is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She also holds certifications in Mini Ball and Mat Pilates & Pilates Reformer through The Pilates Coach and Leslie Bender Method, as well as Indoor Cycling. Since beginning her career in the fitness industry, Jennifer has worked with all ages, from 2 years to 96. She has also worked with athletes in swimming, diving, gymnastics, football, volleyball, soccer, and tennis. In 2001 while Jennifer lived in Burbank, CA, she ran the Golden State's Gymnastics Club and coached both recreational and competitive gymnasts. She also held the position of Assistant Diving coach and ran the spring training camps for the St. Cloud State Team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Jennifer has been a coach for both gymnastics and diving at various schools and clubs. While acting as the Fitness Coordinator for Los Abrigados Resort & Spa prior to her move to California, she created programs such as her ADRENALINE RUSH! Boot Camp series (she still continues to run this program at various facilities), a Resolution Solution program called MT. St. Healthy. When not at the gym, Jennifer is also a professional actor and singer and spent the majority of her 2007 year on tour with a musical called "GIRLS NIGHT, THE MUSICAL." Currently Jennifer is the Fitness Coordinator at Trilogy Central Coast in Nipomo, California, running her Adrenaline Rush! Boot Camp in Pismo Beach, as well as running after two children, Kayleb, 4, and Isabella, 2. Creating a new body by tearing it down from the inside out
I am a fitness director of a Spa on the Central California Coast and I run regular boot camps along with my husband (Flexchef) that deals with not only the physical challenges, but the psychological, motivational, nutritional and spiritual aspects of becoming a happier and healthier person. Find a purpose and connection to why you want to attain a particular fitness goal; be it lose weight, strengthen, tighten or tone, or just improve your quality of life, and you become more determined to be in it for the journey. Your actual goal is only great because of what it does to you on the inside through the journey.
