Nutritional Programs

Our nutritional programs are based on a by the week long term program. We do your nutritional calculations with the pertinent information such as: height, weight, age, bf%, exercise routine, and lifestyle. From here we figure your minimum protein intake for your specific goals and then build the rest of your macro nutrients around this information and share our findings with you in a specific nutritional plan, (not a diet). Although we are capable of helping you achieve fast weight loss via the scale, this is not congruent with our beliefs and philosophy of a maintainable lifestyle. All progress is tracked by visible results meaning weekly progress pictures must be taken and uploaded to a private file on Google's Picasa application which can be accessed through our website. You as a client will control all access to that file. Once progress pictures have been analyzed for changes our coaches will make the need changes to your menu and send back your adjusted menu. This process does take some time but rests assure that at no time will you lose any additional results staying on current menu while waiting for your new menu.

We also have clients that take advantage of both services and in order to make this affordable for my clients we insist that they utilize a nutrition tracker provided on any number of websites that we can recommend. With this tool we are capable of doing a quicker analysis of their nutrition which in-turn saves me time and energy.

Nutritional Pricing

Initial nutritional calculations =$100 which is included in initial month's fee.
Total initial month's fee = $300
Each successive month = $200

We ask for a 3 month minimum commitment in order to fully grasp an idea on each individual's metabolism and sensitivity to individual macro nutrients.

For special circumstances and competitors, pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
A discounted rate is available if both Online PT and Nutritional Meal plans are purchased.

If you were to take advantage of both plans your discounted rate;
Initial month = $400
Each successive month = $280

Now compare this to my normal in person rate which is $100 for initial calculations and $60 a week for nutrition plans then personal training which is $60/session. At 3 workouts a week you're paying $720 a month without nutrition. You can see why we prefer long distance training and nutrition. It makes it more affordable to the client and we are able to utilize our time more efficiently to help more people.
