Online Personal TrainingWhen we take on a client we make ourselves available to them through all mediums of communication, via emails, phone calls, and in person if within reason. We have clients that we train long distance with a personalized program utilizing specific strength and cardio techniques and suggestions that we feel will most benefit the client's specific goals in the safest and most efficient manner. As far as the workouts are concerned we type up a program and send it via word format to you with references to YouTube video demonstrations. You follow it as designed and then send back to your specific trainer or our network page with your notes concerning difficulty, poundage, flexibility, questions, and workout time. Your trainer will then send back any needed changes or answers to your questions. Pricing For Online PTWeekly maintenance and support which includes all poundage changes and minor workout adjustments are included. Now compare this to my normal in person rate which is $100 for initial calculations and $60 a week for nutrition plans then personal training which is $60/session. At 3 workouts a week you're paying $720 a month without nutrition. You can see why we prefer long distance training and nutrition.
